A 150.00 deposit is required to secure your date/ service The deposit will be applied towards your total balance. Final payment is due 1 week prior to your event.

Final payments not received prior to your Celebrate final payment date can result in a forfeit of services, rentals, and or deposit.

In the event of a client cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited. In the event of inclement weather, your celebration can be rescheduled up to one calendar year.

Set-up area must be free and clear of all debris (sticks, leaves, rocks, animal feces) Failure to comply will result in a forfeit of services.

Bounce Houses needing to be set up on concrete/asphalt or indoor surfaces will require a 2 week notice prior to the event date.

Under no circumstances should equipment/rental items be moved from the delivery location

We will not set up outdoor equipment if there’s a greater that 50% chance of rain/ thunderstorms. (Celebration can be rescheduled with no penalty)

In the event of unforeseen rain all rental equipment must be secured indoors. (Blowers, chairs, backdrops etc.)


Bounce houses will not a be set up when wind speeds exceed 15 mph.

In the event of excessively dirty equipment upon pick up, a $200.00 cleaning fee will be charged.

Equipment will be accessed for damage which can lead to replacement fees up to $1,500.00

Broken, Damaged, stained equipment will result in the replacement of those items up to $2,000.00 and the reimbursement for loss business.
